An important first step for EMIP will be to help leaders in the industry organise for innovation, ensure that it is nurtured so as to make innovation not only possible but a thriving part of a sustainable postal business.

Innovation will lead to improved time to market, cost efficiency and better products with higher value given to customers. EMIP will ensure that innovation initiatives lead to tangible outcomes and that it continues to create value for all stakeholders.
